Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging and user-friendly digital products and experiences.'

You will work closely with developers, product stakeholders and leadership to understand user needs, translate requirements into effective designs, and improve the overall user experience across digital products and platforms.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines creative thinking, strong UI design skills and a solid understanding of UX principles.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces and experiences.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conduct user research and translate insights into practical design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components and reusable design patterns.
Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
Create user journeys, information architecture and interaction designs.
Maintain consistency across digital products and platforms.
Review implemented designs and work with development teams to resolve design and usability issues.
Continuously research current UI/UX trends, technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

1+ years' professional experience in UI/UX Design.
Proven experience designing digital products, websites, applications or SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high-fidelity designs.
Experience with Figma or a comparable professional design tool.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Experience working with developers or software/product teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating real UI/UX projects.
Good understanding of usability, accessibility and user-centred design.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
