Required Qualifications
Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience with machinery, industrial equipment, mechanical systems or technical field services.
Experience assisting with machinery installations, commissioning, maintenance or troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
A valid driver's licence, if site travel is required.

Responsibilities
Machinery Installation & Commissioning
Assist with the installation, setup, testing and commissioning of machinery and equipment at customer sites.
Ensure equipment is installed and operating according to technical specifications and safety requirements.
Provide guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve machinery-related technical issues.
Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams, both remotely and on-site.
Identify faults, recommend corrective actions and escalate complex technical problems where necessary.
3. Sales Team Support
Work alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery or technical solutions.
Provide technical input for quotations, proposals, product demonstrations and customer presentations.
