The Senior Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by supporting the Directors and Head of Construction across all operational, administrative, and financial processes.
This role acts as a central coordination hub, ensuring that communication, tasks, and project operations are organised, tracked, and completed efficiently across construction and property development activities.
The role requires a highly organised individual with strong IT capability who can manage communications, coordinate project administration, support financial processes, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
The successful candidate will have access to the Directors’ and Head of Construction’s email accounts and will be responsible for filtering communications, drafting responses, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-up on all key matters.
The role will utilise AI-assisted tools, automated meeting notes, and digital workflows to maintain operational oversight and ensure that the team stays aligned on priorities and tasks.
