Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced tech environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation through to delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, operations teams, leadership, and clients to support project execution, improve operational efficiency, and maintain clear communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

✓Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
✓Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
✓Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
✓Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and operational records
✓Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication
✓Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
✓Support onboarding and implementation activities for new projects or clients
✓Prepare meeting agendas, action items, and status updates
✓Assist with risk tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management
✓Ensure operational compliance with company procedures and standards

Required Skills

3+ years’ experience in project coordination, operations coordination, or administrative support within a tech or fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Experience working with platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Exposure to SaaS, IT services, software development, or digital project environments
Experience supporting cross-functional or remote teams
Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
