Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to support multiple businesses across different industries.

You will create professional, engaging and brand-aligned visual content for digital and print, working across multiple brands, audiences and projects. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organised and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.

You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to turn ideas, briefs and business requirements into effective visual communications.

Responsibilities

Create graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns and digital platforms
Design presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, banners and other marketing materials
Develop and maintain consistent brand identities and visual guidelines across multiple businesses
Create recruitment and employer-branding graphics, including job posts and announcements
Produce visual content for internal communications and business initiatives
Adapt designs for different platforms, formats and audiences
Work from briefs and independently develop creative concepts where required
Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality
Organise and maintain design files, templates and brand assets
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, recruitment and operational teams
Stay current with design trends, digital content formats and creative tools
Use AI and modern design tools to improve efficiency and creative output

Required Skills

2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work
Experience designing for multiple brands, businesses or clients
Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpret a brief and translate ideas into professional visual content
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Good understanding of digital and social-media design requirements
Strong working knowledge of professional design software
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
