Job Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Founder's Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the company's leadership to contribute to strategic initiatives, project management, and operational development.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting research, driving stakeholder communications, organizing and overseeing projects, and providing cross-functional support across departments such as business development, marketing, and technology.

As a key player, you will contribute to the refinement and execution of the company’s vision and goals.

Responsibilities

✓Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.
✓Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making.
✓Coordinate and manage projects across multiple departments to ensure timely execution.
✓Assist with planning, tracking, and implementing operational improvements and internal processes.
✓Facilitate communication between stakeholders, teams, and external partners.
✓Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
✓Support business development initiatives through market research, opportunity identification, and coordination.
✓Provide cross-functional support across departments including marketing, sales, technology, and operations.
✓Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
✓Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic goals and long-term vision.
✓Assist with organizing internal initiatives, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and research skills to gather insights that inform decision-making
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with business processes such as marketing, sales, and operations management
Experience in technology or data-driven systems is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Adaptability, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset
