Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee internal financial management and controlling activities. The successful candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, reporting and cost control, ensuring management has accurate financial information to make informed business decisions.

This role is suited to a finance professional with at least two years of relevant experience who can work independently, manage financial information accurately and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

Manage internal financial reporting and monthly management accounts.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Monitor income, expenditure, operating costs and financial performance against budgets.
Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights to management.
Prepare variance analyses and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks, trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end processes.
Assist with financial planning, cost control and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets and dashboards.
Support internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial efficiency and accountability

Required Skills

At least 2 years of experience in financial management, financial controlling, management accounting or a similar role.
A degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cost control.
Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
Experience working with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience preparing management accounts and financial performance reports.
Familiarity with financial KPIs, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
