Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Maintain contract registers and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Prepare contract amendments, variations, extensions of time, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor contract compliance and notify project teams of contractual obligations.
- Assist with tender administration, bid documentation, and contract awards.
- Coordinate contract execution and ensure signed agreements are received and filed.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, warranties, and contractual deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contract documentation.
- Maintain document control and version management.
- Support claims administration and contractual correspondence.
- Assist with procurement administration and subcontractor onboarding.
- Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and outstanding actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, and Project Managers.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator, Contract Coordinator, or Commercial Administrator role within the construction industry.
- Experience administering construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Strong understanding of contract documentation and project administration.
- Excellent document control and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using document management or construction management software is advantageous.
