Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Commercial & Operations Manager to become the commercial and operational backbone of a growing construction and development business.

This is a senior role supporting the Directors and Head of Construction across multiple live projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial controls, procurement, forecasting, reporting and operational coordination to ensure projects remain profitable, well-managed and on track.

We are specifically looking for a construction professional with hands-on experience in project finances, valuations, procurement, cost control and forecasting.

You will be highly organised, commercially minded, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while supporting UK construction projects.
