Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Business Support Administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're someone who takes ownership, loves solving problems, and enjoys supporting different areas of a business, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll work closely with leadership and provide administrative and operational support across multiple business functions, helping to keep the business running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Coordinate projects and track action items.
Support operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and basic finance administration.
Support HR administration, onboarding, and recruitment coordination.
Respond to client and supplier enquiries professionally.
Maintain CRM systems and internal documentation.
Produce weekly and monthly reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills

1. Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a remote environment.
2. Essential Skill
Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)/Google Workspace/CRM systems/Slack/ClickUp
Project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms
AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
