Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing process across multiple clients and revenue streams.
- Oversee invoice generation, validation, and timely distribution.
- Maintain and optimise billing workflows within Zoho, Zoey, and Xero.
- Reconcile billing data with customer accounts and financial records.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and system issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with the collections team to improve cash flow.
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and billing performance analysis.
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve billing processes.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Train and mentor junior billing team members where required.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3years' experience in a Billing Manager or senior billing position.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho, Zoey, and Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable.
- Experience managing high-volume billing environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
