The Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications for our growing client base.

This role combines modern software engineering with AI, automation, cloud technologies, and client collaboration. You'll build scalable back-end services, intuitive front-end applications, AI agent workflows, and integrations that help businesses automate complex processes.

Responsibilities

1. AI & Automation
Design, build, and deploy AI agent solutions for SMEs.
Develop AI-powered applications using leading LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
Design and optimise prompts and AI workflows.
Build secure AI execution environments using E2B or similar platforms.
Integrate workflow automation platforms including:
n8n
Zapier
Make
Workato
2. Backend Development
Build scalable applications using Python and FastAPI.
Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Design secure and scalable server-side architectures.
Build and optimise SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and security best practices.
Optimise applications for performance and scalability.
3. Frontend Development
Build modern responsive web applications using:
React
Next.js
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript (ES6+)
Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces.
Develop dashboards and data visualisations.
Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards.
4. Cloud & DevOps
Deploy applications to:
AWS
Azure
Civo
Work with Docker and Kubernetes.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform experience advantageous).
5. Collaboration
Work directly with clients to gather requirements.
Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

QUALIFICATION
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
