Responsibilities
- ✓Manage client communication with professionalism and confidence
- ✓Attend and summarise client meetings, including action points
- ✓Oversee project workflows (e.g. Asana), ensuring deadlines are met
- ✓Coordinate across teams (paid media, SEO, creative, web development)
- ✓Monitor and maintain existing automation systems (Make.com/Zapier)

Required Skills
- Native-level English with strong written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing digital marketing agency role
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Ability to manage client communication independently
- Experience working with remote teams or contractors
- Strong organisational skills and comfort leading meetings
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
- Experience with AU/UK-based agencies
- Proficiency in Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Exposure to automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier)
- Previous team coordination or junior management experience
